Responsibilities Designing and implementing operation (Head Office and Branch) at MOFI in order to support the company to be the prominent digital multi finance in Indonesia. Supervise day to day operation and surveyor activities in lending business to achieve company KPI. Ensuring 100% compliant of all operation activities toward the SOP and OJK Regulation (Standard Operating Procedures). To Lead and Manage large team across all branches and able to give direction and decision for daily operations/business decision including to escalate for any issues in timely basis to management. Able to design and provide operation and surveyor dashboard report that can track productivity, SLA and cost management. Creating zero fraud environment in operation as well as for surveyor and able to identify for any potential operational backlogs. Requirements Minimum Bachelor Degree in reputable university. Minimum 2 years of experience as an Operations Head, with a total minimum of 10 years of experience leading various operational aspects in the Multifinance industry is mandatory. Advanced in project management and resolution handling. Experience in managing big team (>70 people) with proactive mindset and problem solving. Able to act as a trainer for all the team members.
