ResponsibilitiesEstablish professional relationships and communications with Customers, Project Management, Sales, Sales Support, After Market Service, etc.Use expertise and statistics to provide technical input to the development of sales proposals and cost estimates.Describe the assumed input & output deliverables and preconditions for engineering concerning his/her discipline of complex projects and review and approve such estimates produced by others. Evaluate risk/opportunities associated with these estimates.Identify and plan technical training courses together with Regional Discipline Lead. Identify and plan social / educational training courses together with Mng-EM2 / HR department.Proactively plan future resource requirements within own engineering group, based on business plans, technology development, etc. and get them implemented timely. This planning to cover both Honeywell and contract staff ensuring appropriate skill mix through a robust and effective SIOP processYOU MUST HAVEBachelor Degree in Engineering (preferably Electrical/Electronic, Information Technology, Communication/Network) or equivalent from a recognized institution.Capability of leading a team of 5-8senior engineersAble to command respect and delegate work to team.8 years(and above) of relevant experience in project execution and system engineering works preferably in the oil & gas industries.Honeywell experience is preferred, but exposure to other similar Telecom & Security system or BESS is an advantageExcellent team and communication skills, (verbal and written), negotiation and interpersonal skillAn ability to take initiative and work with limited directionWE VALUEStrong management operating system that facilitates communication Ensures that departmental core competencies include continuous PE skill development.Understand of business objectives and more importantly the ability to interact with our customers Work with functional leaders to prioritize resources and implement project objectives.Persuade to influence other to accept new concepts, practices, and approachesBusiness acumen – knowledge of current and emerging practices, methods, and information relating to discipline and application within the industry Significant experience in engineering
