About the TeamThe e-commerce industry has seen tremendous growth in recent years and has become a hotly contested space amongst leading Internet companies, and its future growth cannot be underestimated. We are looking for regional brand partnership managers to join our newly formed Global E-Commerce Key Accounts and Partners Team. The team will play a critical role in establishing and leading strategic e-Commerce partnerships between TikTok and regional decision-makers at the world's top-tier brands. Key Responsibilities:- KA services and expansion: Recruit and nurture long-term relationships with regional decision-makers at top-listed global brands; build and shape the vision, brand mapping, global strategy, approach, coordination, solutions planning, and success metrics;- Planning & Execution: Produce KA-based, GMV-oriented solutions to support regional HQ teams at KAs and support our APAC local market teams; participate in the process design and execution; support the implementation to ensure the completion of the objectives; summarize the conclusions and know-hows into tangible documents, PowerPoint, and mind maps;- Analyzing business settings & objectives: Responsible for regional HQ teams's seller experience, identifying areas of improvement in products and services based on data and user feedback; driving the optimization of products and services by building apt mechanisms and standard processes; Familiar with approaches and policies in e-commerce; provide robust support for business owners to dissect business objectives, sort out priorities, and monitor project progress; analyze the output and efficiency of projects through in-depth analyses and able to produce results;- Build communication mechanisms: Sustain close communication and alignment with regional decision-makers at KAs, local operations teams, counterparts to maximize client strategies, engender trust and ensure smooth landing of collaborative projects. Regularly consult with local Account Managers to enhance brand performance and engagement. Minimum Qualifications:- Bachelor's Degree and above; 5 years+ work experience; Proven experience working in global brands, agencies, and/or eCommerce platform's key accounts solutions. - Strong capabilities in relationship building; - Able to produce effective presentations and influence clients;- Have a solid understanding of social/livestream e-commerce and content marketing; Preferred Qualifications:- International work experience is a plus; willingness to travel abroad for business.- Proven experience working in a top FMCG consulting firm is a plus
