Gratitude and Teamwork Recognition The Role M290 AH -C (A45) Company Background: Data Center Working Location: Indonesia Working Hours: 9am ~6pm (Mon - Fri), 9am~ 1pm(Sat) Salary Range : RM 12,000 ~ RM 16,000 Language used: Mandarin & English Job Description: Assist the General Manager in planning and executing the establishment process of the new company, including but not limited to legal, human resources, and administrative tasks. Manage the company's human resources affairs, including recruitment, training, employee benefits, and performance management, ensuring the company has an efficient and stable team. Provide comprehensive administrative support, oversee office operations, and ensure the efficient utilization of facilities and resources. Familiarize oneself with local laws and regulations in Indonesia, ensuring the company's operations comply with relevant legal requirements and manage contracts and legal affairs. Coordinate collaboration among different departments, ensuring smooth communication and efficient teamwork. Manage company documents and records, ensuring proper documentation and the security of confidential Information. Maintain close communication with the General Manager, reporting on the company's operational status, and providing decision-making support. Monitor and timely complete tasks assigned by superiors. Ideal Profile Job Requirements: At least 5 years of work experience in Jakarta, Indonesia, with preference given to those with experience in establishing new companies. bachelor's degree or higher in business management, law, or a related field. Fluent in Chinese, English, and local languages, with excellent oral and written communication skills to effectively liaise with the stakeholders of the region. Familiarity with local laws and regulations in Indonesia, with a preference for candidates with experience in legal management. Ability to collaborate effectively with team members from diverse backgrounds and functions. Computer skills - Proficiency in MS Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
