CTS Sales Consultant – OptimizationIn order to develop further our Optimization business in Indonesia, we are looking after on CTS Sales Consultant for Optimization. This position will report to our Sales Manager Optimization.Job description:Optimization business:• Visits pre-qualified leads.• Present audit results to customers• Builds quotations, follow up until conversion.• Monthly closure push• Prospects new channels/partners (if there is no Pillar Mgr or Product Mgr., Phase 1)• Training AIRnet installers• Interacts with customer, Installer and Planner for invoicing. • Calls customers to survey satisfaction after solution is delivered.• Prospects competitor activities & pricing (if there is no PM available, Phase 1)• Main touch point with Keep Fit SSE and other divisions for leads huntingCommon: • Maintain customer base, sales activities, opportunities, quotations and leads within C4C (pre-sales tool)• Obtain, develop, prepare, and present digital marketing, using highly professional documentation, tools, etc. & cooperation with the communication team whenever necessary. • Monthly reporting of advance services product business and activities to BDM & BLM. • Build, maintain, broaden, and strengthen good relationship with customers, distributors and with the internal team.• Continuous improvement for job required competence, personality and behavior.• Cooperate with Credit Department to improve the performance of receivables & overdue.• Execute other jobs and projects that may be assigned by the immediate superior.Mission:To develop sustainable Optimization business in Indonesia. Develop new customers and promote advanced service products to existing customers in order to achieve sales revenue for the designated territory.Experience requirements:• 3-4 years of techno-commercial experience in industrial environment. • Min. 2 year of sales experience is must. • Experience with Energy audits, energy saving solutions and after-market sales would be an advantage.Knowledge:• Computer literate. • Have an understanding and ability to use technical/professional knowledge.• Good standard of presentation skills.• Ability to understand all the compressed air terminologies and Basic knowledge of piping design.• Ability to create basic drawings on AutoCAD will be a plusEducational requirements:Degree / Certificate in technical / Marketing disciplinePersonality requirements:• Customer focus – maintain clear focus on customer satisfaction; take action when needed to meet the expectation of customers.• Ability to work independently & develop the business from concept to reality.• Result oriented with a clear focus on the given targets.• Excellent interpersonal skills• Must be very willing and ready to travel within Indonesia.Country and city descriptionIndonesia - Jakarta
