GrowthFn for a Client The Role Managing large amounts of calls in a timely and effective manner • Identifying customer needs • Researching customer problems • Providing the right solutions to customers • Keeping records of all customer conversations on the call centre database • And meeting targets in terms of quality of conversations Ideal Profile High School Diploma in any discipline • Fluency in written and spoken English and Vietnamese • Background or interest in a BPO, Customer Service preferred.  • Proven ability to promote and build extraordinary customer rapport. • Multitasking and computer navigation abilities • Ability to take complete ownership of customer issues and provide top tier service while resolving the issue before ending the call. • Coachable, learner mindset, ability to take feedback and proactively apply it to improve results. • Self-driven to achieve targets and deliver superior service. • Willing to work a flexible schedule (rotational shift, and/or weekends, and/or night shift) • Willing to relocate to Yogyakarta, Indonesia What's on Offer?
