In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring that the hotel guests from Japan have a memorable and comfortable experience during their stay. You will serve as a liaison between the hotel and our Japanese guests, providing assistance with their needs and resolving any issues that may arise. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in hospitality and be fluent in both Japanese and English.
