Responsibilities Welcome and assist guests upon arrival and departure Coordinate the transportation of luggage Inspect guest rooms to ensure they are in proper order Provide information and assistance to guests regarding hotel facilities and local attractions Supervise and mentor the Bell team to ensure efficient and professional service Requirements Prior experience as a Bell Captain in a luxury hotel or resort is preferred Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Strong leadership abilities and the ability to motivate a team Proficient in English Diploma in Hospitality or a related field is required
