(Global Supply Company) Applications System Specialist

<p><strong>About the Company:</strong></p> <p>Our client was restructured from several supply chain service and went public on the Shanghai Stock Exchange in 2011. The company's main business is supply chain management and logistics services, logistics platform development and operation. Resources: Commodity procurement and supply business mainly feature plastic chemicals, metal minerals, agricultural products, forest products and mechanical and electrical products, such as five general resins, EVA, fish meal, whey powder, palm oil, latex, steel, non-ferrous metals, automobiles, etc.</p> <p>We are seeking a highly motivated and skilled Applications System Specialist to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in enhancing our company's informational and operational infrastructure, focusing on the implementation, optimization, and support of our information systems across all manufacturing facilities.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Assist in the promotion and execution of the company's informational projects, including demand analysis, program design, documentation, testing, and training, to ensure high-quality project outcomes.</li> <li>Provide support in optimizing business processes, developing solution proposals, and guiding departments in implementing these plans.</li> <li>Help organize project meetings, address issues, and record minutes to ensure smooth project progression.</li> <li>Offer daily business support and follow up on issues within the information systems of our manufacturing sites.</li> <li>Maintain regular communication with leaders and users across all factories, aiding digital partners in system planning and execution.</li> <li>Fulfill other responsibilities as assigned by leadership.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Willing to work at Kendari, Indonesia</li> <li>Minimum of a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Trade, Logistics, Finance, or related fields.</li> <li>Preference for candidates with prior experience in informatization projects within the manufacturing sector.</li> <li>Familiarity with ERP or MES systems such as SAP, UFIDA, or Kingdee is highly desirable.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Skills and Abilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Strong communication and coordination skills.</li> <li>Proactive, with a keen ability to learn and innovate.</li> <li>Excellent problem-solving capabilities and a robust service orientation.</li> <li>Ability to work under pressure and maintain confidentiality of key company information.</li> <li>Team-oriented mindset with a strong sense of responsibility.</li> <li>Proficiency in Mandarin is preferred, but not a must.</li> </ul>
