VP of Treasury & OTC Desk

Job Description The VP of OTC Desk & Treasury is a leadership role at Pluang overseeing the OTC transactions with our users and Treasury capital markets operations. The individual is expected to take on a strategic role in a cross-functional, matrixed organization across multiple product lines and locations.Your primary objective will be to safeguard the company’s financial well-being. By implementing robust financial strategies and closely monitoring financial activities, you will contribute to maintaining the organization’s stability and growth. You will also be responsible for P&L via the OTC desk. Responsibilities: Build the OTC desk for several asset classes such as FX, crypto and equities Oversee treasury capital markets operations which includes liquidity management and asset liability matching Responsible for P&L primarily from the OTC desk. You will have the opportunity to work with internal teams on developing trading strategies (implementation subject to the risk management committee) Manage the company’s corporate cash investment activity Manage commercial banking and broker relationships Building and scaling market infrastructure to support rapid growth Lead new and continuous improvement processes Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in finance or similar field At least 10+ years in capital markets related role and experience on OTC desk Possess advanced knowledge of capital markets Excellent written, oral and interpersonal communication skills Able to simplify and articulate complex financial concepts Good business acumen and ability to identify data anomalies, trends or deviations and introduce strategies for improvement Ability to build and manage teams Fluency in English and preferably Indonesia Bahasa Work Environment Details: Attractive compensation package - competitive salary, flexible bonus scheme.
