Responsibilities Performing preparatory work related to loan disbursement processes. Verifying the suitability of customer application data with identity documents, collateral, loans, and required credit acquisition documents, including TBO Document responsibility. Monitoring and adjusting entries for accruals, amortizations, depreciation, cost/fee deduction, other servicing costs, and fund transfers. Maintaining the targeted number of incoming applications to be reviewed on a daily basis, while meeting committed SLA. Identifying any data errors or unreconciled items between reports and data, and preparing bank reconciliations in daily/weekly/monthly processes. Ensuring all documentation, approvals, and necessary data are correctly filled out in the system before disbursement. Preparing daily disbursement reports according to the required template in a timely manner. Requirements At least a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree from a reputable university with an excellent GPA, preferably in accounting, finance, or business administration. Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel, MS Word, and MS Office are a must, along with proficiency in administrative and documentation tasks. A minimum of 1 year of experience in the lending business of a financial institution, specifically in lending operations. Exceptional attention to detail and a strong interest in data review, with a high level of responsibility, integrity, commitment, and discipline. A strong dedication to delivering high-quality work that exceeds expectations in a fast-paced environment.
