Duties and responsibilities: Ensure the mobilisation of the technical team for Egis Indonesia in accordance with the requests of the Project Design Manager for PNG project. Technical coordination of the technical experts based in Jakarta mobilized for the contracts. Participate to recruitment of experts for short-term assistance missions to the Team. Long mission on site in PNG in remote area to follow up the progress of the contractor and be the focal point on site of the Project Design Manager in coordination with the local Project Director. Ensure that the Team provide the services required under the contract. Organise and participate in project meetings internally and with the client, as per the Egis quality system. Issue instructions and directions to the Technical Team in Jakarta, as necessary. Liaise with the Client on matters relating to technical documents, performance of the teams, potential variation orders. Support technically the team. Regular report to management     Key Requirements Good knowledge and understanding of overall Design and Construction project management, planning, coordination and control of project from beginning to completion especially in road project. 10 years’ experience in road projects (Design and Construction Supervision) in 5 developed countries Knowledge of international design standards and guidelines such as AASHTO Good knowledge and understanding of overall Design and Construction, planning, coordination and control of project from beginning to completion especially in road and geotechnical projects.
