Our client is a fast-paced growing CRM, AI-based Marketing Automation startup combined with Generative AI & Multi Language support. Currently, we are helping them in seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Representative/Partnership Manager. This role is crucial for expanding our footprint by identifying new business opportunities and building strategic partnerships within the region. Key Responsibilities: Undertake classic BDR work: Identify and develop new business opportunities with potential clients and partners in the Indonesian market; reach out via multiple channels and create unique strategies to enhance conversion rates [target: deliver meetings for the AEs]. Manage and nurture relationships with existing partners and explore opportunities for further collaboration. Collaborate with the central BDR team to stay updated on the latest processes and strategies. Coordinate with the marketing and product teams to align strategies and ensure successful partnership integrations. Requirement Proven experience (minimum 2 years) in BDR or partnerships management, preferably in the tech or marketing sectors. Strong network within the Indonesian business community with a track record of successful deal-making. Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, high-growth environment. Fluent in Bahasa Indonesia and English.
