Job Description The purpose of the position of  Raffles Service Agent  is to serve as the primary point of contact between the hotel and its guests through telephone communication. The Raffles Service Agent plays a crucial role in delivering exceptional guest service by efficiently handling incoming and outgoing calls, assisting guests with inquiries, and providing necessary information about the hotel's amenities and services. With a warm and courteous demeanour, the Raffles Service Agent ensures that every guest's call is attended to promptly and professionally, leaving a lasting positive impression. Qualifications Education : Candidates should have a high school diploma or equivalent.  Language Proficiency : Proficiency in English and Indonesian language, fluency in another language will be beneficial. Communication Skills : Excellent verbal communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.  Guest Service Experience : Prior experience in a guest service role, preferably in a hotel or hospitality setting, to understand guest needs and provide personalized service.  Telephone Etiquette : Knowledge of proper telephone etiquette, including active listening and effective telephone communication.  Computer Literacy : Basic computer skills to navigate hotel systems, record calls, and access guest information efficiently.  Calm Under Pressure : Ability to remain calm and composed in high-pressure situations, such as managing multiple calls or handling emergency situations.
