SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA MAIN RESPONSIBILITY: Assists the Director of Human Resources and Assistant Director of Human Resources in achieving HR goals and objectives, employee relations and development as well as other corporate and hotel initiatives. Implements and manages HR activities directly related to Employee Relations and to achieve maximum colleague engagements. On CSR related issues she/he reports directly to the Resident Manager. He/ she works with various departments and divisions and is supported by the Hotel CSR Champion (GM/RM) as well as the CSR Committees at the hotel level. This role will primarily coordinate activities along the five areas of CSR namely; Environment, Supply Chain, Employee & Community, Stakeholders Relation and Health & Safety as well as initiatives in Sustainability and Embrace and that proper communication, implementation and understanding of CSR is exercised. REQUIREMENTS:Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.Excellent in English (oral and written).Minimum 2 years of full working experience in a similar position in an international luxury hotel brand. A dynamic personality with strong leadership and communication skills.Self-starter and well-organized with strong and detailed administrative skill.Driven, high-collaboration and demonstrates good team work.Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.
