SHANGRI-LA HOTEL, JAKARTA MAIN RESPONSIBILITY:Under supervision from the Chief Engineer, assist in field related duties of the inventory of the equipments. Post completed work orders to the system and database. Maintains records for the checklist and administration operational works in daily basis. REQUIREMENTS:Due to work pass restrictions, only Citizens of Indonesia (WNI) shall be considered.Fluent in English (oral and written).Minimum one year of work experience in Engineering administrative or a similar capacity in an international luxury hotel brand.Fresh graduates from a reputable vocational school or college are welcome to apply.Advanced knowledge of MS Office (Excel and PowerPoint).Excellent inter-personal skills with the ability to develop relationships at all levels.Self-starter and well-organized with strong administrative skill.
