Job Description 1. Handling Corporate Approval, Work Order and Purchase Order Process (High Skill in Writing of English is a must.)2. Budgetary control: management of actual versus forecast results and create budget for next fiscal year.3. Preparing letters issued to other parties such as authorities, contractors, checking the wording contracts. (Important documents will be reviewed and prepared by Law Firm. Others will be reviewed and prepared in-house.)4. Maintaining administration works such as attendance, leave summary, purchasing, payment and billing process (Supervision fee and receiving Deposit). 5. Schedule control for Fit-out drawings6. Supporting expats as Japanese translator.7. Response to inquiry from email and telephone8. Other related tasks as assigned Job Requirement ・At least 3 years of administration work experience in real estate company・Language : English for Business Level・Technical Skills: Microsoft Office (Excel, word, PowerPoint )・Working experience in Building Management / Fit-out work industry
