[ Hybrid-Position] Alterra Academy is looking for candidate that will be responsible to build partnership, recruiting for talent, and coordinating the management of the career services section. Responsibility: Securing Placement for Graduates Find matched job opportunity for our program graduates Bridging communication between hiring partners and graduates Creatively find strategy to speed up the placement process for the graduates Guide and tutor the graduates to help them navigating the recruitment process successfully Collect feedback from the hiring partners Build Partnership with Companies Produce pipeline of potential hiring partners especially startup tech company Present about ALTA and create agreement with potential hiring partners Build & maintain partnership and relationship with potential hiring partners Recruit talents to Join ALTA Programs Find, select & recruit potential talents in the market to join the education program Responsible for the recruitment and registration process for ALTA programs Requirements : Bachelor Degree from Psychology, Management, or related studies Experienced in recruitment or consultant for at least a year Strong networking or relationship skills Driven and passionate in education industry Willing to be in contract employment and WFO 1x/week Only shortlisted candidate will be contacted Powered by JazzHR
