The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing various financial reporting activities, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timely reporting to both internal and external stakeholders.What You’ll Do Generate monthly consolidation reports to provide insights into the overall financial performance.Prepare comprehensive financial reports for both internal management and external audit purposes.Execute monthly and quarterly SOX reporting requirements, ensuring compliance with regulatory standards.Compile and analyze monthly intercompany transaction reports, reconciling accounts and ensuring accurate recording.Facilitate netting off intercompany transactions each month to streamline accounting processes.Supervise the General Ledger (GL) management, ensuring all transactions are accurately recorded and categorized.Oversee the correct input of journal entries posted into the financial system, and maintaining accurate records.Implement strategies to minimize long outstanding net working capital, ensuring adherence to regional standards.Review and analysis accounts in the financial statements and propose necessary steps to maintain accuracy of financial statement.Stay updated on local accounting standards and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements in all financial activities. What You’ll Need Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA or relevant professional certification preferred.5 - 6 years of experience in financial reporting, preferably in a supervisory role.Proficiency in financial reporting tools and software (e.g., SAP, Oracle, etc.).Strong understanding of accounting standards, SOX compliance and reporting requirements.Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.Effective communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work efficiently under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Proactive problem-solving abilities and a commitment to continuous improvement.English proficiency is a must (oral and written).
