Head of Engineer (Indonesia)

Responsibilities Lead and mentor a high-performing full-stack engineering team, fostering their growth and technical excellence while nurturing a collaborative and innovative culture. Collaborate synergistically with engineers, designers, and product managers to translate our visionary aspirations into a practical, actionable roadmap. Forge close partnerships with product, operations, and organizational leaders, championing the evolution of our technology platform to meet evolving business needs and match the dynamism of technology trends. Ensure seamless alignment with key business stakeholders, effectively managing resources and dismantling obstacles to achieve strategic business objectives. Oversee day-to-day operations, orchestrating local and multiple offshore development teams with precision, ensuring the cohesive delivery of software on-time and within budget. Sustain a climate of innovation, motivating the entire team to deliver not only within timelines but also with an essence of constant creativity. Requirements MS/BS in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology or related fields with strong Computer Science fundamentals in algorithms and data structures 5+ years of full-time software engineering experience. Strong plus if also knows C++ and backend well 3+ years of professional engineering management experience Programming experience and understanding of modern technology including: (ReactJS/React Native, NodeJS, Kubernetes, GCP, MongoDB, Docker) Experience managing cloud operations for reliability, scalability, and security in GCP/AWS Experience recruiting, hiring and onboarding engineering talent Strong sense of responsibility; driving initiatives from inception to completion Benefits Do something meaningful; Be a part of the future of finance technology and the no.1 company in the industry!
