Solution Architect (IT Solution)

Job Description:  Collaborate with clients or stakeholders to understand their business requirements, challenges, and objectives. Design end-to-end solutions that address the identified requirements, leveraging appropriate technologies, platforms, and architectural patterns. Develop high-level and detailed system architecture designs, considering factors such as scalability, performance, security, and integration. Assess and recommend technologies, tools, and frameworks that best suit the requirements and align with the organization's objectives and standards. Create prototypes or proof-of-concept implementations to validate the feasibility and effectiveness of proposed solutions.  Work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, project managers, and business analysts, to ensure alignment and collaboration throughout the solution development lifecycle. Identify potential risks and dependencies associated with the solution architecture and propose mitigation strategies to address them. Provide guidance and support to development teams during the implementation phase, ensuring adherence to architectural principles, best practices, and quality standards.  Optimize solution architecture for performance, scalability, and efficiency, considering factors such as data volume, transaction throughput, and system responsiveness. Ensure that solution designs comply with relevant regulations, standards, and industry best practices. Adhere to organizational governance processes and guidelines. Stay updated on emerging technologies, trends, and best practices in solution architecture and related domains. Continuously refine and enhance your skills and knowledge to drive innovation and excellence in solution design.   Job Description:  Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field. Experience exp. Transaction banking & Digital banking, Wealth Management & Custody & Antasena Has the application & infrastructure, experienced, understood TOGAF framework, core banking satellites & middleware application in banking such as CRM (Pega), KYC, KYB & AML. Familiar with prototyping tools (Figma, etc), model processes using process flow diagrams or UML Modeling Strong analytical skills and ability to understand complex business processes.
