Head IT Strategy & Planning Description: DescriptionResponsible for overseeing the development, maintenance, and operation of support systems that facilitate core charging processes within an organization. This role focuses on ensuring the reliability, efficiency, and accuracy of charging-related support systems, often in industries such as telecommunications or utilities. Manage the core charging support systems, including system design, configuration, and ongoing maintenance. Identify opportunities to optimize core charging processes and workflows through system enhancements and improvements. Ensure seamless integration of core charging support systems with other IT and operational systems to enable efficient data exchange. Provide technical support to resolve issues and incidents related to core charging support systems promptly. Plan and oversee system upgrades and enhancements to keep the technology stack up-to-date and aligned with business needs. Collaborate with system vendors and service providers, including contract negotiations and service level agreements. Utilize data analytics to monitor system performance, identify anomalies, and proactively address potential issues. Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures. Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards related to core charging support systems. Responsible for ensuring that the requirements of the occupational safety and health management system and environmental management system are implemented and fulfilled by their respective units.
