Senior Engineer Facility Utility

As a Senior Engineer Facility Utility supporting the Facilities Team, you will be trusted to work at the Batam Plant. In this role, a typical day will include:Understand the Project deliverables requirements based on International Standards; GMP/QSR US FDA, and ISO standardsDeep Understanding of ISO 14644 cleanroom standard for medical device manufacturingPerform Coordinating, managing and investigations related to projects which may involve NCR, safety incidents and other investigations as necessaryManage all facility & utility activities under project such as URS, budgeting, raise PR/ PO, technical justification, prepare documents related to facility & utilities, vendor supervision, testing, commissioning as needed, end to end project management for facility & utility scopesCollaborate with other departments and generate technical documentation related to projectsFacility-related projects implementation and execution within timelines and budgetWorking in accordance with the HSE Manual and documented procedures, and reporting HSE issues to the respective area ownersCode of Conduct, HSE Policy and National HSE Standards are Implemented and respectedWorking together with Civil, electrical, utilities and clean room consultant to ensure clean room designed to meet the standardWHAT YOU’LL BRING TO ALCON: Degree in Engineering (Civil, Electrical, Mechanical) or relevant fieldAt least 3 years of experience working in a Pharmaceutical or Medical Device company with project transfer experienceKnowledge of Pharmaceutical / Medical Device documentation standards (User Requirement Specification [URS], Validation Document [experience to write/prepare/ review], Change RequestProficient in communicating in English both verbally and writtenExperience on Automation Process Control, Automation Systems Maintenance, Equipment Maintenance, Failure Analysis, Hazards and Risk Control and Policy Management and Troubleshooting (Service and Repair) will be an advantageKnowledge in Microsoft Office Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Microsoft Project, AutoCad (Reading Technical drawing), 3D Modelling
