DescriptionsCompany: PT Bizlink Technology Indonesia Location: Indonesia-Batam Responsibilities: Plan, organize and coordinate day to day manufacturing operations Ensure that production line schedules are in accordance with facility capabilities, customer requirements, operating budget. Confers with manufacturing team on the application of continuous improvement methods and meeting production standards and cost parameters for production related activities Provide support to all manufacturing teams and manage efficient integration of work flow Ensure optimal level company performance and administer employee workforce and maintain process control Oversees the maintenance of buildings, equipment, and plant security and protection Participates in long-range plant expansion, conversion, and equipment planning Ensure Plants’s compliance in company policies and procedure based on government regulatory requirement, as well as health and safety regulations Performs other duties as required Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Management or Engineering related field Minimum 10 years of experience in Engineering, Productions, Quality or relevant in contract manufacturing plant environment with at least 5 years in a management capacity Familiarity with industry standard equipment and technical expertise including safety standards Strong decision-making and people management skills Lean Manufacturing and/or Six Sigma Certifications preferred.
