You’ll be a part of our Gobal Sales team.JOB FUNCTIONS:The Account Manager will be working with various client segments such as large enterprise & mid-market and shall bring a strong customer base to the organization. Would be responsible for acquisition of new customers and maintaining the relationship with the existing customers.The role is a high impact, very visible role responsible for ensuring pervasive enterprise adoption of Cloud and Mobility solutions, and closing enterprise sales deals within assigned accounts and identified new accounts.POSITION RESPONSIBILITIESAcquiring new accounts & generating a healthy funnel in line with the targetsForecasting and achieving monthly business targets by offering bundled IT solutions to enterprise customersBusiness planning strategy & Execution of the strategies for the assigned territoryManaging account relationship, senior level positioning, effective account mappingUnderstanding of assigned account's organizational structure and decision making hierarchy.Ability to make executive pitches and presentationsStrategic account planning skills with execution capabilitiesAbility to understand / interpret client's key requirementsGenerating Business from the assigned account / area for the products assigned.QUALIFICATIONSExperience in IT IndustryAccount management experience / Direct Sales in Microsoft, Oracle, VMWare, Citrix and Trend Micro products or related areas in Cloud.Experience in solution & consultative sales of IT Infrastructure SolutionsExcellent understanding of various software products and their licensing policies.Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent.At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.Required Skill(s): account management, direct sales, licensing, sales, MicrosoftWhat we offer:Working time: Mond-Fri, flexible working time, WFH is appliableAttractive Bonus, & Allowances for mobile, transportation, parkingExternal and Internal Training Opportunities & English class are sponsored by companyBirthday paid day-off & Birthday giftRecognition program, Referral programWorking device provided or reimbursement on personal deviceOther activities: annual company trip, year-end dinner, exciting engagement events, Coaching opportunities, etc.Annual Salary Review & Promotion
