Arthur D. Little in Southeast Asia is currently seeking a Consultant to join our esteemed Energy and Utilities Practice. Responsibilities As a Consultant in the Energy and Utilities Practice, you actively contribute to resolving complex business challenges for clients within the Energy and Utilities industry, spanning various geographies and functional areas. Your role includes: Assuming end-to-end responsibility for multiple business analysis projects, which you efficiently structure and execute with minimal senior guidance.Aligning tasks with client expectations to ensure a tailored approach to problem-solving. Crafting persuasive presentations that effectively communicate key messages in a clear and concise manner.Confidently presenting your recommendations to senior audiences with poise and professionalism. Collaborating with and supporting other team members to guarantee successful project delivery. Furthermore, you will have the opportunity to contribute to the growth and development of the office by taking on a role in internal office organization and management. Qualifications A minimum of four [4] years of combined work experience in management consulting, with a focus on the Energy and Utilities PracticeImpressive academic accomplishments from top-tier universities, with a preference for an MBA from a reputable business schoolDemonstrated ability to lead teams in addressing challenges under pressure in demanding environments Proficiency in formulating and implementing business strategies, particularly in the Energy and Utilities sector, including quantitative analysis, market research, and primary & secondary research Exceptional problem-solving skills, in-depth knowledge of the Energy and Utilities industry, and astute business acumen Entrepreneurial, proactive, and team-oriented mindset, fostering collaboration and innovationAdaptability and readiness to travel across Southeast Asia and beyond for team and client meetings We regret that only shortlisted candidates will be notified.
