Our cutting edge technology, manufacturing proficiencyand responsive technical services deliver the Tier One capabilities Customers require Responsibilities To source and purchase parts/services as required by the companyObtain quotation for project costing facilitationTo issue P.O. to Vendor/Supplier/Sub-con and follow up on the deliveryTo co-ordinate on scheduled stock control activitiesTo maintain all purchasing recordTo be able to control the source of supplies, and its costTo able to manage, control and evaluate Vendor/Supplier/Sub-con Suppliers prices increase able to negotiate the better price.Manage to communicate with other department to resolve the issues.Take initiate to clear some of the excess parts to support other projects Qualifications Min. DiplomaHave experience min. 2 years in Manufacturing companyPrior experience working in the purchasing department in the same industry requiredStrong understanding of the market conditions and trendsWorking knowledge of negotiation techniques in the industryExceptional interpersonal and social skills to build a good rapportExcellent verbal and written communication skillsGreat team playerFlexible to travel and work long hours, as necessary.
