The ideal candidate will have a strong technical background in industrial automation, with proven expertise in process industry applications, particularly within the food and material processing sectors. This role requires a proactive individual with a knack for building strong relationships and delivering innovative solutions to our clients.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, focusing on understanding their needs and providing tailored automation solutions.</li> <li>Drive sales growth by identifying and pursuing new business opportunities within the process industry, with a particular emphasis on the food and material processing sectors.</li> <li>Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, and Construction (EPC) partners to promote and sell automation products and solutions.</li> <li>Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction and long-term business relationships.</li> <li>Provide technical expertise and support to customers, demonstrating the value and benefits of our automation products.</li> <li>Stay updated on industry trends and advancements to effectively position our products in the market.</li> <li>Utilize internal sales platforms and tools, including Microsoft Office and SAP, to track and manage sales activities and performance.</li> <li>Prepare and deliver technical presentations and proposals to clients, showcasing our capabilities and solutions.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Technical Engineering (Mechatronics, Electrical, Mechanical) preferred.</li> <li>3-4 years of related work experience in a similar position within industrial automation.</li> <li>Proven experience in the process industry or food material processing.</li> <li>Expertise in process automation products is preferred.</li> <li>Strong relationship-building skills with a track record of first sales experience through EPC (Engineering, Procurement, and Construction).</li> <li>Experience in selling products or providing solutions to the mining industry sub-segment.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office, SAP, and internal sales platforms.</li> <li>Fluent in English, both written and spoken.</li> </ul>
