The opportunityWe are looking someone who can develop and manage sales strategy and national sales team, leverage and grow partnerships with key customers nationally and liaising with the Marketing team and Sales Head to achieve national sales target, market share and organization objectives.How you’ll spend your day Develop and implement an effective strategic sales plan and allocate it to all Area Sales Leaders nationally Lead, direct, evaluate, and develop national sales team and allocation to achieve the targeted revenue and market share, develop their skill, provide feedback and directions to Area Sales Leaders to improve the performance quality & productivity To keep up to date with marketing trends and analyze sales trend, proactively develops products and services and make strategic decisions when necessary To coordinate with marketing department, direct and monitor execution of marketing activities by Area Sales Leaders To have deep understanding of company compliance policies and implement it in the key account activities in their respective area Together with Sales Head to develop national budget plan of each product based on key account plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports. Sets employee performance objectives, conducts performance reviews and recommends pay actions Together with Area Sales Leaders to develop national budget plan of each product based on marketing plan; control expenses against budget, produce periodical reports Defines team operating standards and ensures essential procedures are followed based on knowledge of own discipline. Is accountable for the performance and results of a team within own discipline or function To implement the QEHS procedure to achieve the target and continuously improving the effectiveness of the process Your experience and qualifications Bachelor degree from a reputable university any discipline, majoring in management, marketing, pharmacy, medical doctor, or other related field 2 years’ experience as Sales Manager / Key Account Manager in the pharmaceutical industry, with the field of BPJS (UHC) market and Private sector will be advantage Having close relationship with medical communities and strong ethical background Has leadership capability to manage Area Sales Leaders around Indonesia with complex technical operations Strong communication and interpersonal skill with aptitude in building relationship with professional with all organizational level Excellent organizational skill, strong leadership, communication and presentation skills High ability in problem solving and negotiation Integrity General understanding of pharmaceutical industry Flexibility on travelling Computer Literacy English proficiency is a must Make a difference with Teva PharmaceuticalsPlease submit your CV and a Cover Letter.Please note that only shortlisted candidates will be contacted.
