Monroe Consulting Group Indonesia, an executive recruitment consultancy, is currently seeking a Business Development Manager on behalf of a Medical Devices Principal. The position will be based in Jakarta, Indonesia.Responsibilities:Developing plans, strategies and KPI (monthly, quarterly) to achieve revenue and profit targets for the companyMonitoring market trends and competitor products and activities, as well as providing detailed sales forecastingProvide strategic leadership and execution direction to the account managers and develop and coach account managersReviewing customer activity, anticipating customer needs, and improving customer satisfactionCollaborate with all sales manager, project manager, Key Account Manager, Service Manager and product marketing team to deliver on company strategy and tacticsCollaborating with internal departments to facilitate customer need fulfillment.Maintaining updated knowledge of company products and services.Responsible to achieve monthly, quarterly and yearly sales and profit targetsManage Sales Funnel (Opportunities) and provide high-quality sales funnel data in order to ensure proper input for the financial rolling forecast processDevelop and implement a Key Account Management strategy to grow business in the private hospital segmentSupport service activities specifically, software upgrades in a timely manner to ensure current software and product features are available to retain customer satisfaction.Develop channel partner to provide coach/teach/train customers with existing installations to retain the perceived value of Dräger equipment through its life cycle.Collaborate with the marketing team and regional product team to conduct a deep dive demo to increase the win rate in customer transactionRequirements:5 years experience as a sales leader prior experience in an application or product Specialist role within the medical device industry-related product application knowledge required.Experience in managing distributors and leading a sales organizationExperience in Key Account management experience is preferredProven ability to organize and priorities independentlyAbility to work in a team environmentProfessional and highly developed communication and presentation skillsAbility to resolve complex customer issues to maintain and foster positive business partnershipsKnowledge of hospital / healthcare group purchasing practices
