Warehouse Supervisor - Chili Fulfillment Center

Job Description: As the Warehouse Supervisor at the Chili Fulfillment Center, you will oversee the efficient operations of our warehouse facility, ensuring the smooth flow of receiving, storing, and shipping chili products. Your primary focus will be on managing inventory, maintaining safety standards, and leading a team of warehouse associates to achieve departmental goals. You will play a crucial role in optimizing warehouse processes, ensuring inventory accuracy, and delivering exceptional service to our customers, with special attention to the unique handling requirements of chili products. Key Responsibilities: Inventory Management: Oversee inventory control processes, including receiving, storing, and cycle counting chili products, ensuring proper handling to maintain freshness and quality; Ensure accurate inventory levels through regular audits and reconciliation procedures, paying particular attention to temperature-sensitive items; Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to manage stock levels and replenishment schedules, prioritizing chili product handling procedures. Supervise warehouse associates, providing guidance, training, and performance feedback on the special handling requirements of chili products. Enforce safety protocols and regulations to maintain a safe working environment, with particular attention to proper handling procedures for chili products to prevent contamination or spoilage. Implement quality control measures to ensure accuracy and integrity in picking, packing, and shipping processes, with stringent adherence to chili handling guidelines. Identify opportunities for process optimization and efficiency gains within the warehouse, with a focus on improving chili handling procedures to minimize waste and ensure product quality. Implement best practices and workflow improvements to enhance productivity and reduce costs while maintaining compliance with chili handling standards. Utilize data analysis and performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives, with a specific focus on chili product handling efficiency and effectiveness. Requirements: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, business administration, or a related field preferred.  Able to communicate well using English (speaking & writing) Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in warehouse operations, with at least 2-3 years in a supervisory or leadership role. Prior experience in fresh vegetables industry is a must. Excellent organizational abilities and attention to detail, with a focus on maintaining accuracy in inventory management and order fulfillment. Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and Gsuite Capacity to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously. Willingness to work in Jabodetabek-based
