We believe in the value of empoweringHead of Experience Monitoring and Studywith the resources to solve critical problems for the future of our business, which is why we need you.ResponsibilitiesRegular Policyholder experience monitoring (lapse, partial withdrawal, mortality & morbidity claim)Work together with Inforce Management team and provide signal to management for immediate action if there is any observation on adverse experienceConduct experience study and recommend best estimate assumptions Support other team such as Pricing or Inforce Management on policy holder experience analysisProvide regular coaching to team member to discuss team development and career aspirationHow will you create impact? This position is important and will be the key person in delivering Experience Monitoring and Study results and provide insight to management on the emerging experience. This position will have exposure to work closely with other function such as Pricing, IF Management, Distribution Channel and Regional Counter Party. Report to Chief Actuary.What motivates you? Preferably has experience in Actuarial Valuation.Proven leadership skills, Minimum 2 years’ experience of leading a teamDevelop communication and relation skillsFluent in EnglishWhat can we offer you?
