This pivotal role requires a seasoned professional with substantial experience in retail management, adept at driving sales, ensuring operational excellence, and enhancing customer satisfaction across all stores under their jurisdiction.</p> <p><strong>Key Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Lead and manage Store Managers to ensure that all stores operate in accordance with the company's policies and standards.</li> <li>Develop and implement business strategies to increase foot traffic, optimize profitability, and enhance customer satisfaction.</li> <li>Monitor financial performance and operational efficiency of all stores within the area, setting performance goals and ensuring they are achieved.</li> <li>Conduct regular store visits to review operational standards, the execution of brand promotions, and the overall customer experience.</li> <li>Provide leadership, training, and guidance to Store Managers; foster a motivating work environment to achieve excellence in store management and customer service.</li> <li>Oversee staffing decisions, including recruitment, training, and performance evaluations of Store Managers and key staff members.</li> <li>Manage budget allocation, cost control, inventory management, and financial reporting for each store.</li> <li>Analyze market trends and competitor activities to adapt strategies and maintain competitive advantage.</li> <li>Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.</li> </ul> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Retail Management, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of experience in retail management, with at least 1 years in a multi-store management role.</li> <li>Strong leadership skills with a proven track record of managing multiple retail locations.</li> <li>Exceptional organizational and multitasking skills.</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in retail management software and MS Office.</li> <li>Willingness to travel extensively across the designated area.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
