Accounting and Tax Supervisor

Uraian Pekerjaan Responsible for assisting all monthly postings and month-end tasks to ensure the completeness and accuracy of general ledger, compliance with IFRS. Oversee and manage the preparation of monthly Balance Sheet reconciliations. Collaborate with other departments to resolve outstanding issues on monthly balance sheet reconciliations. Oversee and manage the overall financial activities of the company, ensuring accuracy and timely financial reporting. Develop and manage an end-to-end accounting and bookkeeping system for financial reports and tax reports. Establish / Develop the proper accounting methods, policies, and principles complies with accounting and tax standards. Coordinate and complete annual audits. Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions. Provide leadership and mentoring to the finance and accounting team, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and professional development. Kualifikasi Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Accounting with a GPA of 3.3 or higher. Minimum 5 years work experience of relevant experience in financial and accounting analysis, planning, and control. Strong knowledge & Updates about accounting IFRS and Tax Regulations in Indonesia (Employee Tax, Company Income Tax, Withholding Tax). Knowledge and experience with Oracle Netsuite is preferred. Excellent analytical, problem-solving and project management skills to ensure timelines are met for internal and external reporting purposes. Desire to work in a fast-paced, rapidly changing environment and demonstrated ability to gather and communicate data logically, accurately, and concisely Ability to work independently and fully communicate with the direct manager, the subordinate, and other internal/external stakeholders. Effective communication (both spoken and written) in English and Bahasa High attention to detail and accuracy.
