About The Role: The Compliance will support the Legal Manager in ensuring the Company's business operations comply with internal SOP(s) and prevailing laws and regulations. What Will You Do: Guide and assist related departments in creating and maintaining updated internal policies and SOPs; Track the latest developments in relevant regulations issued by authorities and ensure the management and business operation team stay informed; Ensure the Company's compliance with prevailing regulations; Conduct compliance inspections of marketing and promotional content; Oversee the implementation of Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing (AML-CTF), including SOP creation, monitoring suspicious case reporting, investigation, and communication with authorities; Manage ISO audits and their implementation; Implement programs mandated by authorities and liaising with the relevant departments; Ensure proper and timely execution of Compliance tasks; and Maintain the confidentiality of company information. What Are The Requirements: Holds a minimum Bachelor's degree in Law from reputable universities with a GPA>3.25 Has 1-3 years of experience as a compliance officer, preferably in the financial services industry; Maintains high ethical standards, discretion, and the ability to uphold confidentiality; Capable of managing large volumes of paperwork; Demonstrates excellent communication skills and meticulous attention to detail; Exhibits outstanding analytical, multi-tasking, and problem-solving skills; Proficient in public speaking; Possesses a foundational understanding of legal corporate and Peer-to-Peer (P2P) industry concepts; Fluent in both Indonesian and English; Demonstrates honesty, conscientiousness, and a strong sense of responsibility.
