Description :Policy Administration AssistantCoordinating the development of policies and other regulations Analyzing, monitoring, measuring, reviewing, and continuously improving company policies and regulationsEnsuring the distribution of directives in the companyOversee and participate in the production of reports, documents, briefings, and surveys around company regulationsAudit & Investment Committee administratorCoordinate the monthly scheduling and preparations for the audit and investment committee meetingsPrepare and circulate the minutes of meetings and subsequent approval documentations post committee meetingsEnsure the committee meetings are carried out inline with meeting chartersRisk & Controls ManagementPrepare and analyze Controls and Compliance performance reporting for all businessesAssist the maintenance of Group-monitored risks, and assist in preparation, execution and follow up activities of Controls Assurance Review Programmes.Ensuring that people in the company are familiar with the directives and understand them related to Risk managementAssist the administration of the SAP GRC system to maintain the Access and Process Control parameters and frameworkProgram/Project Management and DeliveryDevelopment and maintenance of project management and reporting standardsMonitor and enforce standardization of project management practicesSupport program and project management office activities in status, progress, issue, risk, cost management and reportingSupport process architects/project manager as project analyst to design process and controls, perform data analysis and perform change managementJob Requirement:Min Bachelor Degree in Finance/Accounting from reputable university.8-12 years’ experience experienced working within risk, policy, controls and compliance committees and/or workgroups.Proven track record of performing analytical deliverables and meeting administrative work task.Experience in controls and compliance is a plus.Proficient in the usage of MS Office suite of tools (Word, Powerpoint, Excel, Outlook) and knowledge of SAP system is an added value.Good proficiency in usage of administrative tools – e.g., meeting / participant availability checking, and minutes of meeting & letter preparations.Demonstrated ability to understand and adhere to corporate governance policies and guidelines in carrying out administrative tasksGood language proficiency in Bahasa Indonesia and English, both written and spoken.Demonstrated aptitude to pick up new skills quickly on the job and possess an open learning attitude to explore beyond own boundaries of responsibilitiesGood communication skills including written and verbal communications as well as visualizationsKnowledgeable with investment measurements and ratios is an added advantageFamiliar with agri-business industry terminologies is an added advantageUnderstanding of accounting concepts and standards is an added advantage"Our company has never levied any fees for the recruitment process nor has it required to order tickets and accommodation through a certain travel agent or certain person"
