What You Should HaveWe are seeking energy professionals to deliver innovative LNG and Green Fuels solutions to our clients. As part of an interconnected team, you will provide engineering and consultancy services to the energy sector from project development to Front end engineering design (FEED). As part of the AFRY team, you will be involved in feasibility studies, conceptual design, technical due diligence, FEED, and basic engineering across LNG-to-Power projects in Asia. You should be able to lead the conceptual design for different LNG regasification terminals that include onshore and floating and interconnection with power plants.QualificationsDegree in Chemical Engineering from a recognized universityExperience between 5 to 12 years in Process & safety engineering/design experience in the LNG regasification terminalsCandidates should be able to develop complete QRA by using Safeti software independently for LNG terminals. QRA study includes gas dispersion, FERA, studies, etc.Ability to multi-task, manage multiple interfaces and prioritize workKnowledge of process modeling software and experience in the use of relevant technical computing tools and design tools for hydraulic calculations, and TRV relief amongst other evaluationsGood knowledge of industry standards and practices related to process design and safetyCarry out PFDs & P&IDs, review HAZID/HAZOP, SIL assessment studiesDevelop Cryogenic Spill protection (Impoundment basin calculations), and Fire Fighting measures.Review and develop Flare sizing calculationsConduct fire righting system and hydraulic calculationsDevelop Fire & Gas Detector Mapping Studies, Fire zone layout, and other studiesProficiency using Aspen HYSYS, PHAST 2D, Safeti, and Pipenet softwareWillingness to work with Green Hydrogen and Ammonia projects and CCUS ProjectsExpert in report writing and Fluent in English communicationsExperience in Consulting firms shall be PreferredCandidates based in Singapore, Kaula Lumpur, Indonesia, and Thailand shall be preferred.
