Focusing on Indonesian consumers being super sticky to their phones, Populix facilitates a diverse range of data collection methods via its mobile app. About The Role We are looking for a new Research Project Executive who has a high-level self-initiative as well as a technological-savvy mindset to join our team, with responsibilities to manage overall projects & being a focal person on the client side. What Will You Do: Manage screeners, brief notes, and any other materials for recruitment. Deliver fieldwork briefing to ensure the interviewers are clear about the purposes. Collaborate with researchers, the field team, quality control team, as well as clients to ensure the progress of recruitment is well communicated and monitored. Ensure data quality is delivered to clients or the researcher in a timely manner.  Manage multiple qualitative or quantitative projects simultaneously. Manage the creation of fieldwork sessions in Zoom, Google Meet, or/and Microsoft teams. Supervise and/or prepare any technical necessity prior to any fieldwork sessions. Collaborate with vendors or third parties (i.e. field team, transcriber, translator, moderator) for supporting the qualitative or quantitative projects. What will you need: Experienced in Project Management/Research Projects with a minimum of 1 year of experience (especially in market research/related industries). Must have strong attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple research projects at the same time Able to operate any software or tools for the fieldwork sessions (Zoom, Google Meet, Microsoft Teams, etc.). Minimum Bachelor’s degree (Open to all fields). Proficient English Language Application for Oral & Written. Knowledge and understanding of online market research is a huge advantage. Up to date with qualitative and quantitative research methods, knowledge, and techniques. Being able to lead or moderate a qualitative session (FGD or/and IDI) is a plus. Behavior Skill: Proactive and independent. Good communication and Interpersonal skills as needed to closely work with remote teams spread in multiple locations. Good critical thinking and problem solving to manage projects. Keen observation skills, and ability to gain insights from research participants.
