If you are fluent in Mandarin and have a passion for driving organizational effectiveness and employee engagement, we encourage you to apply for this exciting role.</p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Develop and implement HR solutions aligned with the company's strategy to support organizational effectiveness.</li> <li>Work closely with management and employees to enhance work relationships, employee engagement, morale, productivity, and retention.</li> <li>Monitor and report on workforce and succession planning. Identify training needs for teams and individuals; evaluate and improve training programs.</li> <li>Collaborate with business departments to understand hiring needs and objectives.</li> <li>Develop and implement a comprehensive HR strategy.</li> <li>Ensure company regulations are developed and monitored in compliance with the prevailing Government Manpower Act.</li> </ul> <p> <style type="text/css"> </style> <strong>Job Requirements:</strong></p> <ul> <li>Minimum Bachelor's Degree in Psychology, Law, Economics, or a related field.</li> <li>Fluent in Mandarin (both spoken and written) is essential.</li> <li>At least 2 years of HR Generalist experience in a high-growth environment.</li> <li>Solid knowledge of employee relations, performance management, employee engagement, industrial relations, and government regulations.</li> <li>A self-starter who can work autonomously and excel through personal drive.</li> </ul>
