Provide technical skills feedback & coaching to complaint investigation & resolution; Work with customer to understand all aspects of their processing and product that may impact on the capability to provide the right product; Work with other functions on product quality, development process of the coating and paint line plant to meet customer requirements; Work with other functions for continuous improvement outcomes in the technical process.Responsibilities and accountabilities:Mandatory objectives (Applied for all employees): Implement and comply with Occupational Health Safety & Environment (OHSE) Policy, Quality & Environmental Management System, BSL Policy, Code of Conduct (How We Work), Collective Labour Agreement (CLA) and Government Regulations.Demonstrate good safety behaviour through audits and SOR report.Provide technical skills feedback & coaching to complaint investigation & resolution.Translate the information to product design to cope with any diversity or demand of customer’s processing technologies.Report the performance of customer complain (technical and non-technical).Perform cost saving initiative activities.Can perform number of roles.Qualifications :Bachelor’s degree in engineering (material, metallurgy, chemical, mechanical, industrial).Excellent Computer Skills (Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel, Power Point).Good communication & interpersonal skills, coaching and mentoring skills.Good communication/presentation skills and ability to build relationships.Able to work independent as well as teamwork.Advance user in MS Office application.Able to use statistical software.At NS BlueScope our success comes from our people.
