You will leverage your strong understanding of contract law, FIDIC standards, and World Bank guidelines to prepare and manage successful proposals for large-scale projects. Key Responsibilities: Lead the preparation and submission of comprehensive proposals for domestic and international projects. Ensure all proposals meet legal requirements, FIDIC standards, and World Bank regulations. Coordinate and review all aspects of the proposals, including technical, financial, and legal components. Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the competitive landscape and adapt strategies accordingly. Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to gather necessary information and confirm alignment with project goals. Facilitate strategy sessions and lead proposal planning meetings. Manage timelines, resources, and stakeholders to ensure timely submission of proposals. Analyze feedback from proposal submissions to improve future proposals. Proven experience in proposal management, particularly in an international context. Strong knowledge of contract law, FIDIC standards, and World Bank procurement guidelines. Excellent organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple proposals simultaneously. Strong communication skills, with proficiency in English. Preferred Qualifications: Master's degree or professional certification in Business, Law, or related field. Experience in managing proposals for government and international funding organizations.
