Approach: establish excellence in procurement and supply chain management through our values - Collaboration, Entrepreneurship, Pioneering and Accountability.   The Director, Procurement & Supply Chain APAC will play an active role in developing an ambitious programme to constantly deliver greater value for money with innovative ideas and initiatives to challenge how Indicia Worldwide operates.     Skills, knowledge, experience and exposure A highly skilled marketing production professional, with over 15 years of procurement, international sourcing and production management experience . With strong commercial awareness and a focus on culture and diversity, the individual will also have a previous leadership experience of +10 years , with cultural awareness and diversity focus. Fluency in English is a must. Other languages are desirable but not mandatory. The Procurement & Supply Chain Director, APAC will have Activation Create and adapt a streamlined regional procurement structure that integrates supply chain management, category management, strategic sourcing, and stringent quality control. All are well aligned with a properly defined procurement strategy, aiming to achieve operational excellence and competitive advantage, especially through supplier partnerships that drive price competitiveness, innovation and reliability. Enables proactive identification of market trends and risks, facilitating agile responses to dynamic market conditions, with a focus on continuous improvement and adherence to industry standards. People Empowerment of our team fuels our journey. Interpreting challenges from numerous perspectives; reshaping perceptions to drive answers.   Role Requirements The role will require to work from the local office a minimum of 1 day per week. Travel through the APAC region might be required on occasion.
