Job ResponsibilitiesResponsibilities of this position include, but are not limited to, the following: Provide overall leadership and responsible for driving profitable growth targets, market share development and stimulating new business. Drive business within the defined fixed expense frames. Optimize and develop profitability. Nurture, lead and coach people and leaders to optimum and long-term performance while securing a best-in-class work environment and high employee engagement. Work with regional segment teams to deliver the best possible value proposition and ensure common alignment on strategies, forecasting and business processes. Identify and execute focused plans for strategic hotspots where we can grow faster and profitably. Act as spokesperson of Danfoss to all stakeholders, having the overall responsibility to ensure that “One Danfoss” culture is embedded, and representing the company locally. Responsible to build relationships at executive levels, industry and institutional influencers as well as representing Danfoss in public, private affairs and enhance employer branding in the local market. Responsible for overall customer experience and perception of Danfoss, as measured in Customer Loyalty Index (CLI) through delivery of our brand promise and corporate initiatives. The ideal candidate possesses these skills: Master/Degree in Engineering, Business or equivalent, with proven experience in sales, marketing, and business development, preferably in engineering or industrial sectors. Minimum 10 years’ experience, with 3-5 years in people and sales leadership positions. Technical background with commercial profile or experience. Experience with different sales channels (distributors, OEM and project sales). Proven track record in driving initiatives, results, and engagement via others. Proven leadership experience in a virtual and matrix environment. Strong experience in leading change. Entrepreneur mindset with high level of energy, confidence and strong appetite for challenges with courage to challenge the status-quo. Ability to build strategic execution plans. Strong communication skills in local and English language. Ambitious and has a strong drive to succeed. Self-motivated team player who WANTS TO MAKE A DIFFERENCE.
