The Opportunity: We have an opportunity for Account Manager to join the team on a permanent basis in the Jakarta office. The role is responsible for: 1. Contributes to the company’s success by maximizing revenue potential within the local market. To plan and carry out all sales activities on assigned accounts of areas. 2. To develop Account Management Strategy to grow the revenue and margin in the existing accounts. 3. Defining the value proposition, roadmap and driving the account management strategy. 4. Explore new account, improve market share, and explore new business opportunity. Areas of Responsibility: Understand the local payments market in depth – trends, opportunities, threats, readiness, and competition by working with local Ingenico team and partners. Identify new opportunities, channels to market, partners and the overall Fintech and Start up. Develop, maintain, manage, and grow the established client base that stimulate sales revenue and profit growth. Monitor, review and achieve sales target quarterly and annually. Develop in depth knowledge of station’s products and services. Maintain account’s admin filing, report documentation and proposals. Prepare presentations for clients, proposals, and sales contracts. Identify and resolve client concerns and problems. Prepare variety of reports, including closing month activity, also to follow up and adherence to business goals.
