Effective verbal and written communication skills are a must for interacting with guests and conveying information accurately. Strong attention to detail is crucial for anticipating guest needs and ensuring flawless service. Cultural awareness and a grasp of various customs, particularly internationally, are vital. Multilingual proficiency is a significant advantage, especially in languages commonly spoken by the hotel's guests.
