Job DescriptionContribute to the development and execution of overall business development strategies. Identify, evaluate, and assess potential projects through comprehensive project assessments and feasibility studies.Implement business strategies and ongoing strategy projects across the organization to drive growth and achieve organizational goals.Develop and implement comprehensive business development plans, including strategies for market entry, product positioning, and sales growth.Collaborate with internal teams, including sales, marketing, engineering, and operations, to ensure alignment and support for business development initiatives.Conduct market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities.Prepare presentations and proposals to internal stakeholders and external partners.Track and analyze business development performance metrics to measure success.Stay up-to-date on the latest industry trends and best practices.QualificationsBachelor's degree or higher in business administration, engineering or a related field.4-5 years of experience in business development, preferable in consultancyStrong understanding of market analysis, competitor research, and customer segmentation.Strong background in data analysis and the ability to interpret and draw insights from complex datasets.Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Indonesian, other languages are a plus.Self-motivated and results-driven, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.Strong organizational and time management skills.Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.Additional InformationHR Contact Person: Nahda Miftah Aulia
