This includes researching permit requirements, preparing and submitting permit applications, communicating with relevant authorities, and ensuring compliance with regulations and codes. The work might include participation in the land acquisition process and other task as assigned.DUTIES AND RESPSONSIBILITIES Research permit requirements for construction projects based on local, central government regulations. Prepare and complete permit applications accurately and in a timely manner. Coordinate with project team and other stakeholders to gather necessary documents and information for permit submissions. Submit permit applications to appropriate government agencies and follow up on the status of applications. Communicate with regulatory authorities to address any questions or concerns related to permit applications. Keep abreast of changes in regulations and codes affecting the permitting process. Maintain organized records of permit applications, approvals, and related documentation. Collaborate with project managers to ensure permits are obtained in a timely manner to avoid delays in construction schedules. Assist in resolving any issues or discrepancies related to permits, land acquisition and/or other tasks assigned during the project execution process. Provide support and guidance to project teams regarding permitting requirements and processes. Other tasks as assigned.​ EDUCATION / QUALIFICATIONSBachelor's degree in legal, construction management, urban planning, engineering, or a related field (preferred). Authorized to work in Indonesia for any Indonesian employer.EXPERIENCE & KNOWLEDGE ​Proven experience working in a similar role within the industry. In-depth knowledge of zoning regulations and permit requirements. Strong organizational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, for interacting with internal teams and external agencies. Attention to detail and accuracy in completing permit applications and related documentation. Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Proficiency in computer applications, including permit schedule tracking and Microsoft OfficeExperience in Green Field Project would be an advantage.REQUIRED BEHAVIOURS & SKILLSAbility to fit into a multicultural team and work closely with different disciplines.Adaptability and tolerance of change and uncertainty.Willingness to learn.Good Communication Skill.Good Interpersonal Skill.English: Advanced written level and fluent speaking level is essential.Strong logical & analytical thinking in promoting solutions and achieve alignment between multiple stakeholderWORK LOCATION The work environment for a permit coordinator is typically an office setting, although site visits may be required occasionally. The role involves regular interaction with internal project teams, government agencies, and other stakeholders involved in the permitting process.
