Guide business project teams and local legal stakeholders in Data Privacy Assessments of new projects. Report on status of projects to the Privacy Office team. Support Privacy Office team operational tasks. The role foresees international exposure and working with colleagues in Asia-Pacific region. Key Responsibilities Support business project analysis and privacy compliance Hold initial discussions with and provide guidance to business teams on new projects (Privacy Assessments, Data Protection Impact Assessments) including guiding business stakeholders through process changes with new technology and/or new methods for information-handling. Act as second line support (SME) for questions from Local Legal Data Protection Coordinators (first line reviewers), and raise awareness about privacy best practices throughout the business. Keep oversight of in-flight project assessments and associated requirements, including new or amended legislation. Develop capability to advise on typical privacy requirements (privacy principles, security design, role-based access control, 3rd party DPA requirements and 3rd party Security Reviews, need for DPIA, others) Contributing to identifying and assessing privacy-related risks and escalate & provide status updates to the Privacy Office Team. Provide ad-hoc Data Privacy Team support, including assisting in the development and maintenance of privacy policies, procedures, and resources Manage other operational processes within the OneTrust platform, such as privacy rights management, incident management, processing activities inventory maintenance. Support regional Privacy Program Manager with program implementation tasks in all territories of the Australian, Pacific, and Indonesian region Key Skills Project Management Platform (SharePoint / ServiceNow) Privacy Management Platform (OneTrust, Nymity) Data Classification, Mapping Tools & Metrics Key Stakeholders Internal CCEP External N/A Qualifications Bachelor degree in a relevant field in Law, privacy, or information management. 2 years experience in related field Certifications in privacy or data protection are a plus. Interested in developing/gaining experience in the Fast-Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) industry Aspiration for Legal, Compliance and Risk related matters Interest in building specific tool expertise. Data Privacy specific: Interest and aspiration for developing an experience in a Data Privacy Role (potentially aspiration for IAPP certifications such as CIPP, CIPM, CIPT, etc) Prior experience in Data Privacy related studies/work is welcome.
