The Offer Work in a company with a solid track record of performance Work alongside & learn from best in class talent Fantastic work culture The Job Your responsibilities include: Lead and motivate a team of production personnel to achieve optimal plant efficiency and production targets. Conduct regular plant inspections to ensure equipment is functioning properly and operating procedures are being followed. Oversee the sampling and monitoring of feedstock, intermediate, and final product storage tanks according to established quality control procedures. Implement Total Productive Maintenance (TPM) practices to enhance equipment reliability and minimise downtime. Conduct on-the-job training (OJT) for new and existing technicians to ensure mastery of relevant skills and adherence to Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). Identify potential contamination risks and initiate corrective actions to maintain product integrity. Actively participate in safety and product safety programmes organised by the SSHE Department or management. Collaborate effectively with colleagues to ensure smooth shift transitions and provide support during team member absences. Follow all work instructions and directives from superiors. The Profile Must be willing to be based in Sangkulirang, East Kalimantan, Indonesia. Minimum of a Diploma (D3) in a relevant discipline (e.g. Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering). Proven ability to work effectively in a shift environment and lead a team. Minimum 3 years of experience in a manufacturing setting, preferably within the chemical, oleochemical, refinery, or palm oil mill industry. Strong understanding of safety protocols and a commitment to maintaining a safe work environment. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Proficiency in computer applications is a plus. Knowledge of Distributed Control Systems (DCS) or Programmable Logic Controllers (PLC) is a desirable advantage. Fluency in English is a beneficial asset to be able to effectively liaise with stakeholders in the region. Indonesian citizenship and a valid resident permit are required.
