Ability to build relationships and close deals. Solution selling He/she is to have experience in dealing with Projects (Construction/Renovation), Workplace and Hospitality.Projects (Construction/Renovation) , Malls, Office Towers, Workplace, Factories Know the different stages of projects from concept, design & documentation, pre-construction, and construction. Understand the roles & responsibilities, needs & pain-points of Architect, Designer, Contractor, Project Manager, Facilities Manager, Tenant, Landlord and Owner, and the compelling reasons for them to act. , specifying to Architects and Designers during early concept, design & documentation stage. Having an existing network/contacts is preferred. Hospitality Familiar with hotel business and operations Understand the roles & responsibilities, needs & pain-points of General Manager, Director of Rooms, F&B, Operations, Engineering and Marketing Able to craft a compelling reason for them to act – Solution selling.
